I presume that you are wanting your sponsor to respond to questions and calls for help and support.
1. If your sponsor is non-responsive, your next port of call is your co-sponsor. Both these people benefit from your work and are there to help you grow your business.
2. You can also contact your sponsor's immediate upline. This person also benefits from your efforts and should be willing to help. He/she is generally more experienced in the business.
3. You can also seek help from other affiliates via the Forum or your A2A friends. I find that most SFI people are willing and readily available to help other affiliates.
4. You can also contact the Support Desk. The people there are most knowledgeable and they provide a great service.
5. If you are in a position to rate your sponsor, I would recommend that give an honest rating, entering in the comments area what you are unhappy about and how he/she can improve. If possible site incidents to support your comments.
6. Whatever you do, do not give up. The sponsors are aids to help you grow your business, provide support and encouragement. SFI in fact provides all the training you need and the tools to set up your business on a firm base. The main ingredient of a successful business is you. You need to be self motivated, you need to do the training, you need to apply what you learn and put it in practice, you need to be patient, you need to front up and seek advice from others in your team. Your success will stand and fall on you.
