Although many of us have sponsors that don't initiate communication or even respond to question from their PSAs and CSAs SFI has put in place a great system for everyone to find answers to any questions we have. Ask SC is just one example.
You can also go to the forum or a2a friends, your upline higher than your sponsor, Launchpad, the lessons in training and many other places to get what you need. If your question is of a technical nature there is support.
It is a shame you are not getting help, but with a little work everything you need can be found.
Good luck on you SFI journey and what ever you do don't let one problem get you down. It will be worth it in the end.
