SFI is a business where an affiliate's success is mainly dependent on his team .Qualifying as a team leader means that we have an active team to back us . Team of a good no. of active members who are at least maintaining EA2 rank and as a team leader our aim must be to motivate them to maintain there current rank or to advance them to a higher rank.
A team leader must always be ready to guide his team when ever they require any assistance .Provide them with all the latest updates and also share your idea's with the team.
A successful leader is who earns respect from his team ,so it's important for a team leader to always lead by example .
