If you are in close touch with your downline members, you should be able to send them a team mail and have them go to your leadership page and let you know if they intend to enter your contests. If you don't hear something right away, give it a day or two and send them another e-mail.
I always let my downline members know that unless they enter they can't win. And if only one or two enter, then I just give them the winnings. After all they were the only ones who took the time to follow instructions so they deserve it.
