As with any business in SFI also,a Leader is expected to lead /Guide /Motivate /Inspire the team ,particularly on all strategic matters,rather than spending time on on day to day routine operational matters,for wnich they can give the team a ready&prepared summary,guide them to training materials,forum & other resources in SFI.
Some of the most important tasks include 1)guiding the team members to gain expertise in understanding Sponsoring&Duplication of affiliates,Enlisting Triple Click Members,E-Commerce associates.so that it becomes a way of life for them 2)Guide &caution them on auction matters,as it will remain one of the major attractions for all,ensuring them to be active&retained in the SFI system 3)Develop&Maintain Multiple,innovative& effective communication channels covering multi-linguistic requirements 4)Prepare them on all basic Marketing&Technical requirements of SFI,so that the Affiliates/others are not lost on the "INFORMATION OVERLOAD".at any point of time.
Overall the responsibility will be to guide all the team members to have a long-term perspective of SFI,by opening up multiple Earnings,Benefits&Rewards channels of SFI,right from the very early stages of team members SFI career
