Thank you Rodel Melad for this question. Here is what successful leaders in SFI should do and be doing.
The first and the most important thing an SFI leader should be doing is always log in and check your SFI homepage. He should Read, Read, Read because all successful leaders read through everything that is necessary in SFI.
In the words of Jack M. Zufelt; " A leader is someone who is ahead of the pack. Even if it is only by one inch. They are doing, or have done, what they want or expect others to do. They are not watchers nor do they wait around. They take action....proper action....a lot of proper action! And they never give up!
A great leader should also advice his fellowers that, No matter what happens along the way, they should not give up on their business. He should tell them that whatever gets in your way, you should go around it. And should not let anything stop you. As stated by DeeDee Coleman;
"Make the learning process fun. Try not to stress and worry that you have so much to learn. Instead embrace the challenge and take advantage of all the wonderful aids offered here at SFI.
Communication: If we write/send a team mail or newsletter giving somebody instructions, it is not enough, as a leader we must ensure that he reads our mails or act. As an SFI leader we must ensure that the recipient do what we intended by doing the following:
-Asking: As an SFI leader, we should ask our colleagues, sponsors, co-sponsors for their advice and suggestions on common problems.
-Asking others for information we lack but require.
-we must keep our affiliates informed on SFI matters.
-We must inform our downlines if it affects responsibilities and SFI business as well.
I hope this helps.
