Successful leaders in SFI lead by keeping their purpose clear. The clarity of a leader's why take part in SFI is key as this clarity is then shared with not only down-line team members but also with those who wish to become members of the TripleClick Store too.
Successful leaders are knowledge workers who take the initiative to share with others what he/she has found helpful for their business growth. As a knowledge worker, it is part of the work to distribute the knowledge of what has worked and also what has not worked so as to support fellow affiliates to pursue strategies that are helpful to their growth and learning as well.
Leaders that are successful with SFI also need to be students too. Leaders are simply doing what other affiliates do too which is seek out opportunities to learn from.
