In summary, a leader knows what materials to read, what to buy on TC, and know how to duplicate( the most powerful weapon)

Getting overwhelmed is also something leaders know way to well because I am a leader myself so what they do is that they do not try to read too much information in to little time instead they chip away a little at a time hence that is what I am doing on SFI and Iahbe and on TC.
An important thing about a leader is to always think about the success of thier downline first, it is ok for them to think about their own success but they know the fact that their success depends not only on their own hard work but on the work of their downline so they know how important it is to educate their downline and share their success with them so that they to can appy it and succeed.
