in order to be a sucessful SFI leader.....
rule number one: speak in complete confidence about what you do, you cannot be timid or shy...for starters, inorder to be convincing about sponsoring this program, you need to sound like your a hundred percent convinced....naturally, people will be alot more interested this way.
rule number two: real leaders do not just recruit affiliates, they sit and train them....every month, i get around 3 new PSA's, not because I cannot get more, but because I'd like to sit with them, teach them how to present the plan, what to do what not to do. until they feel they are ready to handle their own networks....then i become their reference for advice while i watch that network grow beautifully.
rule number three: i personally love motivating being based on my won improvments, and the numbers on my scoreboard...i always remind my downlines that they will make what they work for.
most importantly, the first thing i tell people, and i emphasize on is that, SFI is just like any other business, with the oportunity to invest alot less capital than regular businesses. Inorder to be sucessful, you must be PATIENT!!!!!, you must build your network correctly and passionatly, and naturally the commisions will begin to kick in....it is however NOT!!! a magic potion for money, NOT!! a get rich quick scheme and definitely, without any work what so ever (unless you get extremely lucky with S-builders) you will get no where.
PS: never accept people to continuously be negative, i eventually use it against them with a "its in your character to be a negative person, it will reflect terribly on your life in general"
apply these rules correctly, and you too will be a great leader. and remember, the job here is a very very very simple one, but its not very easy.....it's not. Make sure your downlines are prepared for it....1000's of dollars a week do not appear by magic
