SFI leaders know goals are a necessity to achieve success and they know to achieve those goals to follow the rules success will get them to be successful. Good SFI leaders duplicate what works step by step. Any great leader know you have to act and success does not just occur. It is what we do today that shapes our future.
SFI leaders know they can not be successful on their own. They know to build a strong team and strong means get them engaged and train them to be or do what works to be a success in SFI. Leaders are not independent but interdependent as that is what makes SFI successful. You can't win alone. Obtain new ideas and opinions from their downline. Urge them to participate in all areas of SFI. Great leaders get their PSAs involved and show them how to be successful in all aspects of SFI.
SFI always look to improve areas that need modification and will benefit SFI as a whole. Whether it be suggestion to support or posts in the forum. They are always looking to provide ways to improve. They duplicate and refine duplication making what works work even better.
SFi leaders know to build strong relationships with their gen 1 PSAs or with their top producers and build trust and understanding. When you like the person you are working with, you feel freer to share ideas, discuss failure and find solutions. If your relationships are growing, so will your results. Its easy to value results, we all want to succeed. SFI leaders build relationships by communicating as much a possible with PSAs from the start whom are willing to learn and this is vital to all success.
We all know true leadership is founded on trust from their PSAs. If they don’t trust the the leader leading, they will not follow them no matter how great their plan is. To build trust, SFI leaders must maintain and exhibit values others can relate to and embody. Trust, values and strong relationships are traits of all great SFI leaders.
SFI Leaders do what they say and work with their team as that is necessary. We can't be successful without the affiliates who are below us. SFI leaders motivate, provide incentives and the and call out and recognize publicly affiliates who meet the criteria for the incentives and we reward our downline. This is vital.
By doing the above you make people want to come to you. You build attraction by helping others be successful as it's being sincere. Leadership is 10 % skills and 90% character. How you go about your skills is what makes you a great leaders and not just the skills alone.
