Successful leaders know and do a number of things.
1. A successful leader knows to treat their business like a business
and not like a hobby. They have a set time to be productive and they
don't waste that time playing games or watching tv.
2. They know that they need to do something to grow their business
every day, even if it's just doing their todo list.
3. They know to discipline themselves and to focus on what's going to save
them the most money, or save them the most time.
4. They know to work with the workers, and be more attentive to the ones who
are doing what they should and giving them the help they need.
5. They know to set goals and have a realistic plan. Without goals being set and working toward them. To fail to plan, is to plan to fail.
6. They know to lead by example. Duplication is the key. As a leader you have to be self starter. Then you have to teach others to be the best they can be. The self starters will take care of themselves and their downline.
