Successful leaders in SFI know how to get pertinent information for their teams. I do not mean that they know everything, but they do know how to get information.
They also know that not everyone in their down line is part of their team, yet. Many PSAs and CSAs are prospects that need incentives and encouragement to get moving, and successful leaders in SFI enact plans specifically designed to initiate and maintain the incentive/reward cycle.
This cycle's purpose in SFI is dual: teach your team how to duplicate your system, and lead them to learn by experience that the benefits of this business are incentive enough to do the work.
I haven't yet met a team leader who has reached that point, because the potential with SFI is limitless. As you learn more, your system will change. You will want to keep them updated, and learn from them.
