The best thing you can do in order to engage with your affiliates is to continously keep in contact with them every once in a while or more. Use your PSA mailer, CSA Mailer, and Team Letters as well. Have your "Online Status" as available and turn your "Chat Alarm" on in order to be able to answer any questions or other things that your affiliates might have.
In order to turn your "Chat Alarm" on, be sure to point your mouse to the "My Account" Tab, and scroll all the way down until you see "SFI Chat Options" and turn it on. That way, when you're online, your affiliates will be able to chat with you and talk to you about anything if they need it. Compensate them every now and then with rewards for their hard work. By doing that and being available, you're helping them feel confident about their time here in SFI and it also builds up your confidence and leadership skills. Maybe the two of you or more might even have some ideas to share. Who knows right? Remember, when you're helping someone, you will also get helped in return.
