Being an upline member,first of all lead yourself by example.I personally believe if you present yourself practically what actions are being done from your side encourage and boost the efficiency of your downline.
1:Send Email/TeamMail to encourage your Team about actions are needed from their side.
2:Guide them and share experience which you have got as their TeamLeader.
3:Share tips to improve their daily actions.
4:Teach them to build their own team accordingly as you did,
5:Teach & Guide them about E365,Sponsoring,Advertising,TripleClicks Sale/Purchase,VersaPoints,SFI CompPlan,Benefits,standing order etc.
6:Help them to how to attain and retain their Rank.
7:Send them TCredits/GC as good will gesture.
So you do regularly those above then good communication develops from both sides which brings awesome results.
