I'm always against giving TC mass and without a reason. TC can give people to inspire them to better and more rapid progress in the business, but solely through the breaststroke competition within the team. Make a contest which will reward you with a few TC those who confirm their EA or EA2 status, perhaps even BTL and proportion that specify the number of measures of TC and it will get if you do it. If done differently can be seen to be trying to keep with some gifts and that we do not need because I have a system of rewards and earnings in the company's more than great and speaks for itself that this is a job for those who look to the long term and not those who want to get rich overnight. Explain simply that with this gift you want to help them but themselves as satisfied associate creates satisfied sponsors, and when everyone is happy, then that is going forward.
