If an affiliate asked me how or if they should create and maintain their own SFI website I would encourage them to create a site that first and foremost highlights them and then the SFI business. Why?...because it is easy to duplicate with each new person who joins.
People connect with people and want to know the character of the people they will be associated with. They want to know that you care about them, their goals, dreams, and successes. They want to know you will be there to help them when they are frustrated or have failed.
The SFI site is a vessel for storing all of the information for training, products, levels of achievement, marketing materials, rewards, and FAQ. As such a web link to SFI would be important but not as important as your ability to sell yourself first. Without people, no business can succeed.
You know most people who quit do so because they never made a human connection with someone who can listen to them and help them. So if you sell yourself first and include your enthusiasm for SFI with links that introduce them to the business, you will get more people who will check it out and sign up with you. And...isn't that what you are after?
Also remember this, people listen to a radio station called WIIFM (What Is In It For Me). So if you have a website or landing page that answers this vital question (WIIFM), and highlights YOU the affiliate or Team Leader, you present a stronger vision of what they can achieve. And, they could create a website for themselves easily, with or without your help.
Success is achieved by standardizing what you do and then doing it over and over and over again. So remember this phrase "standardize and replicate" then put it into practice.
Make every day a good day to succeed.
