That is a good question and one that most people starting up have to face. The first thing you have to do is learn not to take the rejection personally. In 9 out of 10 instances the rejection is not that they are rejecting you , but the idea of starting out on something new. Most people are afraid of the new, and for them untried. It can be very scary, when you think about striking out on your own. So when some one tells you , I don't think so, leave the door open, give them your card, and ask them to think about it.
If you have explained that it is free to start, and there is all the training at hand and always some on to answer their questions, they probably will think about it. These days most everyone needs something to back up their income, and this is something that can be done in their spare time.
