It is always a good idea to recruit family members into SFI although it has its pros and cons.

Family members can be okay and also a bane to your success based on the relationships that you have with them. You can't always get family to join you in business ventures,so don't get upset when they turn you down.If they are very supportive of you, it may be great, but if they are not, I would avoid trying to recruit them.

Somtimes it may be necessary to go outside of family if they are negative,judgemental, and critical of you.It is best to follow your instincts on this one and do what works best for you.
