I have been reading the answers from others who have responded to your question. They are
right on track. I agree that giving money as a way to support a struggling affiliate is not a good idea.
I have had a lot of experience trying to build a business on a shoestring budget. What
always helps me is when someone lays out a clear step by step "Here's how you do it".
So many times in other programs I was promised training, but too often the training was

When a person is new to online marketing and business building, the very best support one can give is to take that new person by the hand and lead them step by step. As has already been said, your leadership and example are a must.
A good way to support that cost you nothing and can be a great help to your new people isto create your personal Coop (It's very easy to do)[https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop]
Read Gery's comments about the value of co-oping. Your people will be grateful and your
business will grow more rapidly.
Bottom line, look for people who want to work, and do everything you can to encourage
and support them.
