This starts from the onset of your PSA's business because as a sponsor you should already have a map of how to do things from your mistakes and your knowledge gained from the SFI family.
From the genealogy, when you click on your PSA's name or ID NO, you'll find a segment called checklist and on clicking on it we see this:

Offered general assistance setting up (your PSA'S name), 's business, answering questions, providing direction, etc.
Provided my contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, etc.).
Discussed the marketing methods (your PSA'S name), plans to use to build his/her home business:
"Warm marketing" (friends, family, co-workers, etc.)
One-on-one local recruiting
(NOTE: You can refer (your PSA'S name), to the To-Do List on the Affiliate Center homepage, as well as the Refer and Sponsor marketing methods and aids pages for strategies, banners, text ads, and more.)
Help (your PSA'S name) develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five SFI Executive Affiliates and has achieved a Team Leader rank.
Monitor (your PSA'S name)'s duplication efforts with his/her own sponsored affiliates and continue to provide assistance as needed.
Continue to work with (your PSA'S name) toward his/her earning goals.''
If we follow this guideline with documented mapping on how to work on our Versapoints to obtain them and then add incentives, our Affiliates would be more inclined to try various means to fund their business adding to the help you can give them because they feel you have their interests at heart.
You can then augment by adding Gift Certificates but you have to be sure your Affiliate is serious enough from his participation in the exercise above so that he or she doesn't become dependent on you to move forward.
