Hello there. My apologies, but I think before you develop the trust, it should be earned first. Anyway, here is my opinion:
Be the man/woman. I mean, they will not trust you if they do not see you worth their trust. Be a good example to them. Let them see you as someone who started as AFF, that thru dedication and patience, not to mention a strong belief in the SFI policy and system, had slowly started to make your climb to the top, and that you can, and will, bring them with you. Show them how this should be done, specially to those that are just starting here in our field. Be in constant contact with the team by any means. Make them feel that they can contact you for anything.
Lastly, I think it's just me, but, I do not consider myself a leader to the team, but rather I see myself a member of the team who knows, and is willing to share it to the team. Thank you.
