If you were asked to make a presentation about SFI to an organization, what would you tell them about SFI?

Hello!
If I were to present, it would contain a little bit of history of the company as well as its affiliate companies.
Next will be what the company offers, that is, ways to earn. I'll also talk about contests.
Third will be training. Make mention of the LaunchPad series. But be careful not to unload all info here. Just a brief intro of what LaunchPad is.
Then, ways to join. You can also talk about letting others know SFI and recruiting them to join as well.
Thank you.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

For me, the best way to build a team with true team spirit is by making a team composed of people who know you more -- your FRIENDS!
And I'm not referring to social media friends, I mean REAL FRIENDS, FAMILY, etc. Warm bodies, those who really knows who you are. Those who you know you'll be comfortably be able to explain the SFI business. Be it family, neighbors, etc. Those people have friends that you may not know. From there, possibilities are endless..
What's the difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business, and which is better?

I do not own a business, but based on what I observe:
1) Traditional businesses, if not all, leans toward a single goal: PROFIT. SFI, though, as I observe, aside for profit, is also geared towards bringing other people closer to profit.
2) Unless badly needed (say, for EA2 or TTL), you are not obliged to spend a single penny at SFI, while in traditional biz, you need to have a capital right of the bat. Hey even with the first statement, it wont cost you a fortune. And best of it, starting at SFI is FREE.
3) Unless your the boss, and your biz can stand without you, you need to be spending a big chunk of time for it to work; SFI doesn't require you to be online 24/7, just few hours everyday.
4) 24/7 support? SFI has it. You don't expect, for example, if your sink or water pipes in your biz had problems, that a plumber would be available in the wee hours of the morning.
I wanted to go further, but let's just put it this way: SFI, on my opinion, is better than a traditional biz.. Thanks..

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Hello there. My apologies, but I think before you develop the trust, it should be earned first. Anyway, here is my opinion:
Be the man/woman. I mean, they will not trust you if they do not see you worth their trust. Be a good example to them. Let them see you as someone who started as AFF, that thru dedication and patience, not to mention a strong belief in the SFI policy and system, had slowly started to make your climb to the top, and that you can, and will, bring them with you. Show them how this should be done, specially to those that are just starting here in our field. Be in constant contact with the team by any means. Make them feel that they can contact you for anything.
Lastly, I think it's just me, but, I do not consider myself a leader to the team, but rather I see myself a member of the team who knows, and is willing to share it to the team. Thank you.

When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

1) Its free to sign-up
2) You can do SFI part time anywhere; but tell them that you need to dedicated a little time for it to work
3) It's not one of those "get rich quick" schemes that sucks your money then leaves you dry
4) Free training, support
5) Connects you millions of fellow SFI members worldwide, therefore expanding the knowledge base and milage
I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

In my opinion, autoresponders may not be a good idea for follow-up emails. It may prove to be useful for first-time inquiries. I think it would be better not to apply the "one size fits all" approach here. We must cater to different needs, that is, questions from different potential affiliates. We must have our responses "tailor made" to suite everyone, something that a autoresponder may not be able to provide.
Thank you..
How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Nice question sir. Kind like my state actually..
In my opinion, I cannot support members financial wise. That's why I'm here in the first place, I'm also financially-challenged.
For those who can afford them, they can give members GCs, Tcredits, stuff like that. But non-financially, have them join a free co-op you organized. Always show them valuable references that are in SFI training tools. Remind them the duplication. Tell them to invite prospect PSAs and/or CSAs to join, it will boost their commissions as well. Promote SFI and TripleClicks everytime there's a chance.
Hope it helps a bit.. Thank you..

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

Just finished reading the SFI Affiliate Agreement, and came across this:
"6. A maximum of ONE affiliate per household is allowed. However, you may apply to be granted an exception for children or other relative(s). In all cases, the affiliates must reside in the same network of the Sponsor. Note that logging into any SFI account other than your own is strictly prohibited!"
Meaning, you may be able to invite family members. But do note that this may be a "double-edged sword". Though they may be your firm supporters, they can also be your strongest critics. Make sure you make it clear to them what is SFI and how it works. But never disclose all info, they should be the ones to test and train for themselves. Just be there to assist them all the way.
Thank you..
