An important question, but easily answered!
Preparing your affiliates for their second month in business, is to first determine what they have learned in their first month. How you do that is to simply ask them. For instance, you could suggest that they email you explaining their feelings on how they feel about the SFI Program to that point. Include questions like:
1. Are you satisfied with SFI's overall Program so far?
2. Do you believe the products in your TripleClicks Store will
help you generate a steady monthly income?
3. Now that you've had a month to evaluate the program, can you
see how advancing in rank (i.e. EA, BTL, STL, etc.) will help
to increase your overall monthly income?
4. How many PSAs and CSAs are you working with now, and are you
teaching them to duplicate your efforts?
Of course, you create whatever questions you wish to ask them. Their responses to your questions should give you a real indication of what you will be working with over the next several months. After they respond, send them individual email letters with instructions on beginning their second month just as they did in their first month. In other words, back to the basics - but not really back to the basics, if you know what I mean.
