It is important to promote SFI as much as possible in order to funnel as much PSAs as possible in your downline.
Then you have to talk to them and above all securise them so that feel they can trust you and do not feel overwhelmed. It is important the PSA does not feel lost.
Show them what you do so that they can copy you. Lead by example.
As they grow more confident they will achieve EA2 month after month and be active in promoting and nursing their own downline.
From there, as they grow and copy your example, you will become more and more successful.
