Nothing in life is handed to us, SFI is a business and I believe that working daily to build your business not only develops discipline (which is needed in running a business) but also shows that you are happy to lead by example (which of course will demonstrate to your Team that you are indeed a leader).
By showing both of these traits, discipline and leading by example, I believe that you can, and will become a superstar in SFI.
The first step to becoming a superstar in SFI is to learn the program. To do this, you need to read, read, read. You need to log in every day, learn the basics, and keep learning. Learn how to advertise. Learn how to teach your team to do what you do.
You should lead by example. If you are not doing something, how can you expect your team to do it? Be a good role model, and give your team a solid leader to duplicate.
