There are many steps that i am sure you will find in submited answers,as SFI offers free knowledge, concepts and ideas. Reading and implementing them is second part.

One more SUPER STAR at SFI have to have innovative thinking, that includes innovating strategy that will be passed to potentional customers. To do so you have to be aware of consumer psychology and being aware means being successful in selling and earning commissions. That will be referral to TC.
But - “You cannot dig a hole in a different place by digging the same hole deeper." Innovation must include an organized, systematic, and continual search for new opportunities and this is referral to Sponsoring Affiliates.
And being a super star means aming not for being a good sponsor but super innovational leader.
Spread responsibility, make innovation happen, include and explain to everyone in your team the ideas, allocate talents and start implementing process.
Innovation must be approached as a discipline.
