You have to lead the way for your team by scoring high in ranks and badges to lead by example. But you have to remember that without your team you have nothing to lead so you have to be very active in rewarding your best working team members with reassignments. Without reassignments there will be no real team building going on, and things will take very long time and you will loose a lot of affiliates because they have been working hard with little progress in building their down line. Without a good help from your sponsor it is VERY hard to get many affiliates to your team during the first few months when you are building up your own recruitment lines.
SFI is a very easy program when you look at the foundation of it. You have to generate-duplicate and sponsor. Generate sales by taking standing orders for 1500 vp or more monthly. Duplicate your team by reassignments of good people to your best working people and help them to become team leaders and sponsor your people by teaching them what you have learned. This is the simple foundation for making it big in SFI
To be a superstar in SFI you have to grow a team of affiliates who wants to be superstars as well and coach and lead them so that they can.
