When my sponsor was working on setting up an advertising co-op, I wanted to know how much experience he had in dealing with different ad sites, what kind of ad sites he would be using. Were the sign-ups being paid to join, just click, or joining just by catching their attention? What countries were targeted, age groups, etc. And the cost and how soon he expected to see results.
These are the things that an affiliate wants to know before he buys a share of a co-op. This should be in the letter inviting the PSAs to join the co-op.
Another of my upline offered a co-op and sent this information, but I chose not to join. We all do have that right to join or not, but we should keep within our line of sponsorship.
If you are offering a co-op, it might not be the price or payment method that keeps your PSAs from joining. Fill them in on the pertinent information. No one like to tell anyone exactly where they advertise. You don't have to do that, but give them some info and tell them what experience and results you have had.
