A face-to-face conversation with your prospective member-affiliate in SFI demands more than knowledge of SFI and its various programs.
You must exude a feeling of confidence when you answer queries and/or clarifications. This could be attained by observing the following points:
1.) You must have a good foundation of information about SFI, its online store (TripleClicks), PriceBenders, its ECA program and other benefits accruing to its member-affiliates.
2.) Item #1 could be attained through reading articles about SFI and its programs. It is only through reading that you could achieve a good understanding of how SFI operates and how it provides benefits to its member-affiliates, ECAs and even its admin staff. Don’t attempt to have a face-to-face discussion of SFI if you are not equipped with the right information about it. Take your time before engaging yourself in a face-to-face conversation with your SFI prospects.
3.) A smooth flow of conversation between you and your prospective member-affiliates is sure to attain when you have good knowledge of what you are talking about. This is where your feeling of confidence exudes which could be easily gauged. A rattled question-and-answer portion during your conversation shows your unpreparedness with the topic under discussion.
4.) Wearing appropriate attire during your face-to-face conversation contributes to an aura of professionalism and personal development. This contributes to attaining good and lasting first impression about you by your prospective SFI member-affiliate.
5.) Of great importance also is a prepared presentation of SFI information when you have a laptop with you, a tablet or even a mobile phone equipped with mobile apps. Right in front of them, you could present your own SFI homepage by browsing through its various sections. Specifically, you could show them your SFI homepage under the “SCOREBOARD” tab where you commission calculations are shown in details. This visual presentation would likely arouse their interest in SFI and satisfy their curiosities immediately. A proof of evidence would likely seal their SFI membership.
