There is a motive which team is to provide an assessment, and give their rating and from this month, coment. These are the points that they can win, but it is not the decisive reason for the rating.
Motivation is what leads them to action, and it depends on the Team Leader. Quality leader may act by self example, regular communication and education.
If the Associate is well built, well-based knowledge, rating of his sponsors he would be an assignment that will gladly comply. This is the goal that a good team leader reaches working hard and dedicated.
Another way to increase the number of poor grades is to leave your associates without communication, to send too many messages to be aggressive in communication, to do bad conduct and poor management of your team.
It certainly should be avoided.
Positive, friendly, diplomatic approach, hard work with Associate, collaboration from the start, giving the best results, the highest ratings.
