I would assume that the first tip a PSA would want to hear is how to grow their business
the sponsor should make it their point of duty to give the necessary detail on how to accomplish that goal.
The sponsor should also sell the dream each week to the PSAs that they will never want to quit even if they are in doubt or just trying to see where this business takes them.
The sponsor should do the things for themselves what they want the PSAs to do in other words lead by example.
Everyone that enter a new venture wants to know that they are not in this alone,so sponsor must be there to properly guide each PSAs along the way.
Even if you think you are failing it is always refreshing to know someone is looking out for you, and send words of encourage your way,and have your best interest at heart.
Most people do not go into business to fail,most people just need a good support unit.
