To continue to grow as an SFI leader, I have found that one must continue to read.
>Did I mention reading? One of the prime requirements of being a leader is being a good reader, By reading one can stay abreast of changing parameters within SFI and how they may affect your affiliates.
>One should also be a good listener. When your affiliates write to you always try to understand what they are trying to convey. If you have a problem understanding don't be afraid to request clarification so that you can respond accurately to their situation.
>Continue to educate yourself in methods provided by SFI that can and will produce success. In doing this one will be better ablke to respond to questions from affiliates and you will be able to actually assist in your affiliates' training and success.
One thing I am sure of is, if you do not stay abreast of the changes within SFI you will be ill equipped to assist your affiliates.
