From those we can see how prominent leaders handle different situations and how they have patience and wisdom to direct new affiliates to right type of behavior.
However, it is imperative that growing our leadership would go hand in hand with growing the size of our team. It is very unlikely that a person with five PSAs would be a better leader in six months if they still have the same 5 PSAs. Our leadership only would grow to match the demand of our activities.
So, it comes back to doing more on a consistent basis, this would create many challenges and by learning from people who have been there before us and by eventually overcoming those challenges that is how we going to grow and develop our leadership skills.
