This is a very good question. One I used to ask myself over and over again. So, I tried to put myself in their shoes, and I did, by remembering what it was like for me after my first few months with SFI.
I wanted overnight success, and when I didn't get it, I became discouraged. I kept on searching for other online opportunities that would give me the overnight success I so desperately craved for. Once I found out for myself that there was no such thing as overnight success, online or offline, I settled down to facing reality. And for me, the reality was SFI.
My point is, it may seem possible to encourage those in your group to become more active, or less dormant, but it all comes down to them. Final analysis, you keep feeding them what you must as a Team Leader. Selling them on the fine points of their SFI business. Like their very own TripleClicks Store, where each of the products, some 78,000 of them, represents a potential gold mine when properly promoted.
Keep feeding them with information that allows them to make up their own minds as to how they wish to conduct their SFI business. Like recruiting others to become part of their team, who will likewise recruit others and sell more products.
Fact is, what it all boils down to is this: There is but one encouragement, you do all that you can do, and that's understanding the business yourself, and, then, keep feeding its fine points to everyone in your team!
I hope this truly helps.
