As English is not my mother tongue hence please ignore the spelling and grammatical errors and try to get the essence of the matter.
I normally welcome & treat all my CSAs just like i do with my PSAs because i consider them equally important for my business.
I have developed a habit of sending 1-2 Team-Mails daily and I send them to everyone giving the similar information which has helped me in growing my business.
If required, I personally guide my PSAs and ask them to write to me directly on my personal email as few times we are busy in some other jobs and did not get time to check the SFI mailbox on time which may lead to the ignorance feeling to a team-member.
Providing guidance with the team-mail saves our time and provides step-by-step information to each and every team-member at the same time. This helps us Duplicating things in the right manner giving similar information to each and every teammate.
We should ensure a few steps while drafting a team-mail which are as below:-
1. We should not give all the information in a single mail. One team-mail must be including only one topic.
2. We should keep a note / maintain a dairy so that we know what we have already informed to our team-mates.
3. We must have a prepared index of topic on which we want our team to be trained.
4. We should develop a habit of checking the VP-ledger of our team-members one-by-one so that we know where they are lacking and for this we should write to them giving indications.
5. We must ensure that our language should reflect our experience and it should not have words that can hurt someone personally.
6. We need to develop a personal relation with all the team-mates considering them like our family. As all the fingers are not equal but all are important to us similarly PSAs as well as CSAs are equally important and should be treated equally.
