I believe like other Network Businesses, SFI also work on basis of Duplication. If anything is Simple, It is Duplicable. If something is able to duplicate, it will work.
Every Network Marketing / MLM has 2 aspects. 1 is based on its Products & Services while another is based on its Training & Support.
SFI to-do list and SFI Launchpad Provides us the knowledge based support while TC gives us product knowledge and Sales VP.
So both are equally important. We need to train ourselves about SFI & TC in the first month. Later, we should make a note of important things to-do in the initial 24 hours, 1st week, 2nd week and so on so that we can train accordingly to our down-lines/PSAs.
PSAs are the assets of the business as they and their team is going to work with us for everyones future benefits. Hence, our soft-skill with the team-members/PSAs plays a bigger role.
We need to set the examples as a Team-Leader by doing things rather than expecting them to do.
Whatever we will do, our down-line/PSA will follow it as its a matter of Duplication.
We should remain focused on the SFI Basics and train our team is a way so that they qualify each month on their qualifications easily.
When a new PSA joins, we should promote them to go to TC and buy the Duplication documents.
We should train them how they need to proceed. They can earn 200 free VPs for becoming a new Fast Tracker and remain in the E365 contest.
Then we should guide them on everyday's to-do list and work ethics.
We should Plan together the strategy in a way that in the 1st month only they qualify as EA (1500 VPs including Sales VP + Action VP).
2nd month is for their EA2 or higher qualifications.
If we duplicate and create an environment of Work Ethics, the Team & its members follow it similarly and Duplicates it well.
Duplication is the key to Success.
