Since duplication is the key in SFI to achieve big financial rewards, let’s focus on what qualities we need to have, or to develop, to duplicate ourselves successfully.
I think the qualities of a Teacher, a Coach, a Motivational Speaker and a Priest or older Family Member are the qualities that will ensure duplication.
Teacher:
A Teacher has strong knowledge of the subject he or she is teaching. We cannot duplicate ourselves if we, ourselves, do not have sufficient knowledge of the SFI program. Our own poor knowledge of SFI will weaken our down line and the possibility of duplication will suffer.
A Teacher is good at explaining info and teaching material. And in some cases Teachers have to simplify aspects in order for their learners to better understand the content.
We must be able to logical, and when unnecessary, in simpler terms, explain SFI’s aspects to our down line in order for them to understand it and for duplication to happen.
Coach:
What to DO with all this theoretical knowledge? Like a Coach we should coach our down line to put into practice the knowledge they were taught.
Most good Coaches were or are good players themselves. We should coach our down line the steps we followed, to achieve success. It is one thing just to tell somebody to advertise, and totally another thing to guide them (coach them) through the process of setting up a Blog or a Classified ad.
Motivational Speaker:
So now our down line has the knowledge that we taught them and we coached them the steps to put this knowledge into practice. But will they do it? Or will they keep on doing it? We will have to keep our down line committed.
We will have to have the motivational skills to motivate them. We must bring them to action and keep them doing what we do to succeed in SFI. We must instill an excitement and a positive drive in our down line.
Our own enthusiasm and positive motivated drive must be an example to our down line.
Priest or older Family Member
And overall we will have to have the patience to listen to our down line. Always lend an ear to whatever question or complaint is coming from them.
Our down line must trust us to come to us with any issue they’re having. We must be the “tear-wiper” and the “shoe lace tie-r”. Offer warm encouragement when the SFI journey looks like an uphill battle to them.
In summary, duplication is more likely to happen in a knowledgeable, practical, motivated and encouraged down line.
