A very good question to determine the good and bad affiliates in your team. I feel the following are the characteristics one must have to grow in SFI
1. The first and foremost is Patience. This is very important as SFI is not a get rich program and takes much time to give success.
2. Persistence is one of the very key things towards success in SFI. A few people have it here and i am sure they are making it really count.
3. Never Give up attitude. Some times will give up after reaching almost near the success. If we keep building a never give up attitude we can really taste the success here
4. Optimistic- We must be very optimistic to avoid every frustration and small failures in SFI. Also its written on the home page of SFI 'Dream High and Aim Big'.
I Think if you have devoid these four then for sure SFI provides you enough tools to be successful
