A very interesting question.

If I definately had to make a choice I would say that visiting the tabs and clicking at the bottom of the page is the most overrated activity. This is only because I do not get as much VersaPoints as I would have liked for doing so. However, in itself, it is a quite valuable thing to do because you learn more and more about SFI by doing so.

The most underrated activity is making purchases at TripleClicks. More emphasis is placed on affiliates getting others to purchase at TripleClicks when they also need to purchase there.
