I suggest to follow these steps if you would like to work successfully here at SFI with an ECA Partner:

1. You have to be more or less familiar with the products fo this ECA.
2. It is practical if you have knowledge about the available offer for similar products
at TripleClicks if there was any.
3. During the invitation of this ECA Partner you should acquaint the operation of our
TripleClicks store with your potential Partner. For this purpose would be useful a
small gift: one TC Gift Card for example, what your Partner can use with your help
based on your instructions.
4. During this tour you can collect useful information about their english knowledge.
5. During this demonstration you should navigate your Partner to the Department which
is important from their products point of view...
6. After this I suggest to close the meeting and agree on the scheduled step (whithin
2-3 days!) for the commonly executed product listing...
7. Before you leave please do not forget to give him another TC Gift Card as a gift...
8. Be punctual & well prepared next time, too.
