Mostly the ECA gets referred by us through our gateway which is published in websites or we personally give gift cards to friends ,family or our co-workers..Most of them doesn't know the TripleClicks policy completely..The information here is overwhelming ,so most of them will not read every article to get started..That's where our job comes in..We must train them step by step..
1.Registration help:
First when they click our ECA gateway,the registration form opens.. But they must first signup in TripleClicks and then only can fill up the form..When they signup in TripleClicks we get a PRM referral message..We must ask them whether they want to be PRM or ECA because we never know ,through which gateway they are referred..When they say they want to be an ECA, we must help them fill up the registration form for ECA approval like uploading proper proof photos..Its very important to say to them that it takes 2 to 3 days for approval and no message will be sent to them until their approval and no "pending approval" will be there in their page..Because they might get frustrated about not getting any replies immediately.Its better to contact the ECA via skype or install teamviewer software and can remote control the ECA's computer..Thus he can see what exactly are the procedures..This develops the trust in the sponsor..
2.Help after approval:
Once the ECA is approved they will get a message and the sponsor gets a message that his/her's ECA referral has been approved.. Then we must encourage the ECA to list the products. If they need t-credits the sponsor must give it and not let them buy it.. This action strengthens the sponsor to ECA bonding and their trust in each other..Two ways the sponsor can give t-credits to ECA. one is by sending gift card and the other is asking them to become you psa and transfer your t-credits to them...Then suggest them to do the T-Time contest and get a Wav3 membership..
3.Help during Product Listing (VERY IMPORTANT):
The sponsor must ask the ECA to list the products with more CV and VP so that their products come in TC search soon and SFI affiliates & TC members would buy their product more..It is advised not to list all their products in a single day.Each day they can list one or two products so that their products will be seen in the newly added products list in the TC homepage everyday..This attracts the customers..Then the sponsor must ask them to Hot Deal list their best product..This attracts more customers to get the product before time runs out.. .Once the ECA lists the first product the sponsor gets 100vp.. This is the confirmation that their ECA has listed the products..
4.Help after Product Listing:
Once the products are listed the main job for the sponsor is to promote it either in the social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, his own website and blog.. He must tell his family,friends,co-workers and whoever possible and can also give cards for referral..The sponsor must buy the products from his ECA whenever possible.. This further increases the trust and friendship in each other.. The sponsor must inform the ECA to do the same..This gets the ECA more and more customers and both the sponsor and the ECA would be happy campers..
