A question specifically asked for India affiliates i guess. Thanks for your concern about us. I am from India and have inquired a lot about payment in India as i do not have a credit card.
Paypal is the best payment option to receive commissions in India. As per Indian rule you can store money in Paypal but you can receive money through it. Let em tell you what you have to do to receive your money in bank.
1. Open an personal Paypal account for free
2. Add your PAN card number
3. Paypal will send two small payments to your bank account within 5 working days
4. Go to your Paypal account and enter those amounts to get verified.
5. Now you can set your Paypal email id as your commission method and receive money comfortably.
Now for purchasing you have only few options.
1. If you have a credit card then there is no problem. You can use it directly or through Paypal
2. If you do not have a credit card, ICICI Visa debit card works too
3. Other wise you need to contact your bank service provider to make payment.
4. There is also one more option for payment through Virtual credit card. In that case you need to create a virtual credit card provided by one third party online. Then you can send money to that from your bank account through online money transfer. Then you can use that for purchasing too. But this is bit risky as you involve a third party
