When I got into SFI, I looked into what is the most important part. I felt scoring VPs are the important part. In the first month for 15 days I was only collecting my day VP, playing win it and TTime, Along with these I was reading the launch pad and marketing articles
After 15 days I was concentrating on other actionable points to be scored. Within a week I completed all the actionable points other than daily, weekly, SO and rating.
Next month I felt getting members below me is very important to run the show.
It will not be possible to move further in rank without the team. So I started building the team using the easiest way. The PTC sites. Then further I moved to place in classifieds, participating in forums and creating a blog.
Now I am in the 4th month. I have subscribed for the IAHBE to move further. I never felt overwhelmed till now and I am passing this message to all my PSAs and CSAs
I insist on them doing the WinIt and TTime.
My sponsors are one of the reasons I am being motivated. They rewarded me for my work.
So don’t push too much on your PSA’s and CSA’s. If they are serious they are going to get involved and work for their business. You just show them where they fell issues and please do follow them when they go wrong through their VP ledger.
