When an affiliate joins SFI and is ushered to the SFI website, he (or she) is usually quite confused. What to read, what not to read, where do I begin so I can start earning, how will I ever get all this information into my head, there is too much to learn - I can't do it etc. etc. are common thoughts that overwhelm all of us. It happened to me when I joined and I am certain you experienced the same thing. But, the thing is that we kept calm, took the learning gradually step by step, kept on reading a little every day - news, forum discussions, important topics, training lessons, glossary for explanations, marketing methods, advertising methods and other innumerable resources SFI has provided for all affiliates to learn, use and benefit from.
You have to present your own experiences and how you reached where you are today, as the model (not ideal) for your team. You and your team need not race ahead but just remember "slow and steady winds the race". Slow but consistent and seriously committed to success in the long run is what your motto should be. This way you can say 'goodbye stress - welcome success.'
