Hello Robert that is a great question.
I know it is hard to learn about SFI and all that it entails. At first it way seem hard but never give up, quitters never win and winners never quit. is a favorite saying I like to remind myself of when I start to get discouraged
The best way to not get overwhelmed when you first start out in SFI is to take baby steps. to take baby steps would be to go slow learn a little every day and mix it up
one day read the rules of success found here: https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index
next read SFI basics found here: https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
then read your launchpad (do this most days) there are 30 lessons you can spread them out over 60 days if you need to so its easier
found here: https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/
after that you can start reviewing the Internet Income Course found here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/InternetIncomeArchive there are 80 lessons in the Internet Income Course so take your time learning each step
once you learn about how SFI basicly works (was my first week) make sure you keep up with your VPLedger found here: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger
as well as your daily to do list found here: https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list
so you can keep earning your VersaPoints and earn EA as soon as your first or second month with SFI
also when you start to feel overwhelmed breath in through your nose for 7 seconds and slowly breath out your mouth for 10 seconds repeat that for around 5 minutes and that should relax you as well. This is what I do when I get too stressed out or overwhelmed
also to alleviate your stress and when you start to get overwhelmed take a day or two off reading.
hope this helps
to our success
see you at the top
