This especially applies to the recommendation of the ECA store. As a great way of marketing and selling products, the risk of sending the offer by email or link expected to be sufficient for the decision, is great.
Many offer a variety of email and spam, is not given the opportunity to seriously consider such a valuable and offer better personal contacts to get the opportunity to develop the understanding and confidence of potential ECA client.
The advantage provided by the spoken word vith confidence, and the opportunity to quickly respond to the questions and doubts that are detected, and the reasons for the refusal, is immensely greater than the on-line contact.
So, I think that a direct contact, although limited in scope, and is still needed an effective way to offer and the best second way.
