Bolajoka, this a good question and I'm sure you will get a lot of answers with various opinions on this one.
Trying to convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business is indeed a great challenge. The thing you have to realize is that they can quit or opt out anytime. This is a sensitive situation and you have to learn how to handle it tactfully. The best way is to prepare yourself very well, for it is going to happen a lot in this business.
I said that to prepare you for the inevitable. You have to know how to let go.Some have not learned this yet,and can easily get aggravated and down in spirit when an affiliate decides to give up,quit or opt out. SFI handles it very simple and professionally so I would take the same route too.( It's okay and it will be alright).
I would always be encouraging and be there to support them as much as I can.I can lead them to the water, but I can't make them drink it.Sometimes we want the business more for them than they want it for themselves and if they are not willing to follow instructions and make commitments, there is nothing more that you can do.Then, you frustrate yourself by being in a convincing or prodding mode to make them work or do the business which will eventually take a toll on you.
You want to have fun in this business, keep things simple and build unlimited income. Notice how SFI is always improving and adding new changes, making it simple for everyone to easily become successful.
Hope this helps
