I present the SFI compensation Plan as the most important aspect of their training and I always relate to my group to study the Compensation Plan thoroughly in order to get paid well. Most new Affiliates will jump in the business with a big bang , make EA their first month and never take time to totally understand how they get paid so when they see their first check, they become disillusioned, disappointed and frustrated because it is so small. Then, they lose their motivation and excitement and feel that the business is a waste of time so they opt out, fall by the wayside or eventually quit. Does that sound familiar?
To eliminate that , I always try to encourage my group and let them know up front that this is not a quick get rich business.They can have achieve unlimited income but it is going to take time and patience. They will be working towards growing a monthly residual check and if they focus on doing the right things that get results, they can expect to see it increase every month. The Compensation plan allows you to get paid so many different ways so when you you know how it works, you can focus your work efforts towards achieving the results that you want.
In training my group to help them understand the Compensation plan, make money and be successful in SFI,there are a few questions that I ask them in order to stay focused and be on track.
Example Questions.....
1. Are you making EA and doing what is necessary to maintain your status each month?
2. Do you have a Standing Order set up?
3. Are you scoring as many Versapoints as you can each month and not making it hard by having a mindset just to score only 1500 pts?
4. Are you constantly improving yourself to be the best coach and sponsor to guide everyone in your group toward success by encouraging and motivating them to achieve the EA level in order to gain the full benefits of the compensation plan?
5. Are you shopping at our TripleClicks website and also creating your personal wishlist?
6. Are you making sponsoring a regular routine to easily grow your business with new PSAs?
7. Are you constantly adding TripleClicks Customers to your business?
8. Do you have an established team of 5 serious people who are following the example you laid out for them by maintaining EA status each month?
* These Action plans are some of the basic elements of the Compensation plan that you can commit to if you want to earn money in the business.
