Attracting people to SFI is done through continual advertising and marketing. There are numerous sites available where one can market for free. The key is to focus your marketing efforts on venues that specifically cater to those who are looking for a business opportunity. Of course, if you really want to light a fire in your marketing efforts, then you are going to have to make an investment, and that is where the power of being able to create a team co-op comes in to play. Let's say you want to run a magazine ad that has a cost of $6000. By yourself, that is a huge sum of money, but get 100 people on your team each willing to go in on it through your co-op and your per person cost drops down to $60... quite the difference.
More often than not, people who need to be “convinced” will not end up being a quality team member, but will, instead, end up in the quantity pool of inactive affiliates because they tend to lack the wisdom to see the potential of what is being presented to them in the SFI opportunity, hence their need to be “convinced”. Granted, you will encounter those who insist on seeing quantifiable proof of things like earnings, size of team, etc. But again, even if you were to show them such stats, they are your stats and are not any guarantee that they will achieve the same results.
I hope this helps to provide a little more insight.
