To get success in SFI , It is very important to keep your team motivated while they are facing the real struggle in team building. There are some ways i follow to motivate my team and it has worked for me. Hope they will work for you
1- Motivational mail: We know weekly team mail is a great tool to keep connect with your down line. I use this tool to send them some great motivating story with some quality tips attached to motivate them. Many time they reply, so it works
2- Rewards: Conducting reward program for down line is the best way to keep them motivated. Usually, People respond to this method maximum.
3- Personal Contact: When i saw someone is working hard and suddenly stopped, i step in immediately to inquire what is the problem. This gives them huge support and encouragement.
4- Forum: There are some great posts in forum. I redirect them to go through. In this way they talk with other SFI member and never feel they are the only struggled ones.
